Who operates the service
Three Points, Probably is operated by Full Potential Academy, 124 Peel House Lane, Widnes, Cheshire, WA8 6TG. Contact info@fullpotentialacademy.co.uk before buying if anything about a pass is unclear.
These terms explain the free predictions app and Last Team Standing organiser pass. Please read them before paying; they are deliberately shorter than a centre-back’s contract negotiation, but rather more binding.

Predictions and match previews are free to read without an account. Score entry and new prediction subscriptions have closed. Last Team Standing retains its optional organiser pass. The pass does not improve predictions or award extra points. Features, fixture sources and availability may change, pause or occasionally fail. It is an entertainment product, not a promise of prediction accuracy, gambling advice or uninterrupted availability.
The product is under active development. The Plus page separates features available today from additions planned during the Beta. Founder members receive reliable additions released for their pass during the 2026/27 season at no extra charge, but proposed features are not guaranteed until marked as live. If a material paid feature is withdrawn, contact us so we can provide a fair remedy.
Use a suitable nickname, keep your Player Code private and do not impersonate, abuse or harass anyone. League organisers are responsible for who receives their invite code.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling at checkout, including any tax where applicable. New prediction subscriptions are no longer sold. Existing customers can contact us about their records, billing or withdrawn features. Last Team Standing is a £15 Founder season pass ending 31 May 2027 and does not renew. Access normally continues to the end of the paid period. Buying one product does not unlock the other. For organiser passes, invited members join without buying their own pass.
You may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. When you ask us to provide immediate access, any refund may be reduced to reflect access already supplied where the law permits. Email info@fullpotentialacademy.co.uk with the checkout name, purchase date and pass type. We also consider duplicate charges and paid services that are faulty or materially not as described. A bad prediction, regrettably, is not itself a faulty service. Your statutory rights are not restricted.
Stripe handles payment details, receipts, recurring billing and cancellations; Three Points, Probably does not store card numbers. Keep your Player Code safe. If it is lost, contact us with enough detail for reasonable verification. We can then issue a temporary, single-use recovery code that expires after 30 minutes.
The free game does not take stakes, arrange gambling or award cash prizes. It has no affiliate relationship with bookmakers, betting operators, casinos or other gambling companies, and receives no sponsorship, commission, referral fee or payment from them. Do not use its predictions as financial advice. They have enough trouble being football advice.
Club, competition and broadcaster names belong to their respective owners. Public fixture and result information is shown for the game and may be corrected when a source changes.
Access may be limited where the service is misused or where this is needed for security, maintenance or the law. Material changes to these terms will be dated on this page.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, use of this service is at your own risk and no responsibility is accepted for losses caused by relying on a prediction or an unavailable service. Nothing in these terms affects consumer rights or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
