PRIVACY · PLAIN ENGLISHVery little data.
No funny business.
The free game works without an email address. If you later buy a Plus pass, the payment provider will need an email for receipts and payment management. It will not become your public player identity. Three Points, Probably collects only what the service needs and does not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Who sees what
People in an invite-code league can see each member’s nickname, favourite club, scores and points. There is no public player directory. The hosting provider processes the technical information needed to deliver the website securely.
Why it is used
The information is used only to save your game, restore it with your Player Code, calculate points and show your mates’ tables. The feedback inbox is used to fix problems and improve the game. The lawful basis is the legitimate interest in operating and improving the service people have chosen to use.
Browser storage
Essential browser storage remembers your Player Code, preferences, leagues and unfinished game state on that device. There are no advertising trackers. Anonymous page totals help us see which parts of the site are useful; no IP address, Player Code or device identity is stored with them. Clearing browser storage may remove the local copy of your Player Code.
Younger players
Use a nickname rather than a full name. The game has no private messages, public player directory, location tracking or targeted adverts. A parent, carer, teacher or organiser should help younger players understand what their nickname and scores reveal to their league.
How long it stays
Inactive player profiles, saved scores and league memberships are automatically removed after 13 months. Feedback is also removed after 13 months. Nostradamus’s own published prediction archive is not a player record and remains available for accuracy reporting.
Your choices
Contact us to access or delete your retained prediction-game records. Last Team Standing accounts remain available. You may also ask for access, correction, restriction or object to its use. Score alerts are optional and controlled by your browser.
Service suppliers
Hosting and security suppliers process limited technical data to keep the service online. Stripe processes Plus checkout details, receipts and monthly cancellations. Card and bank details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by this website. Supplier infrastructure may process data outside the UK using the safeguards in its service terms.
KEEP YOUR PLAYER CODE PRIVATEIt replaces an email-and-password login. Anyone holding it can restore your player. Three Points, Probably stores only its secure hash and cannot send the original code back to you.
